At Northern Volunteering SA Inc we offer membership for eligible organisations to the Northern area Managers of Volunteers (NAMOV) network.

Benefits of Membership	Referral of Volunteers: We conduct interviews to refer volunteers that meet your requirements of positions available and specific requirements.
	Referral Officer: Trained Referral Officers operate throughout the Northern Adelaide region.
	Volunteer Program Development: In consultation with our experienced staff, issues are covered on: Procedures Policy Development Implementation of the National Standards Volunteer Programme Audits
	Training: NVSA provides free and subsidised training for paid workers and volunteers. NVSA offer customised training sessions by request, for Managers, Volunteers and Management Committees for a negotiated fee. The NVSA training calendar is available for viewing on our website.. Depending on availability of funding we provide access to accredited training: Certificate I-III in Active Volunteering Advanced Deploma of Community Sector Management (Specialising in Volunteer Management)

ABC’s workshops on Volunteer Management
NVSA management mentoring programme for Volunteer Management.
Fireside “chats”, an opportunity to catch up with experienced Volunteer Programme managers.
Discounts for leadership development forums, advanced workshops, conducted regularly. Discounts for Volunteer Managers Programmes

Newsletters and Resources:
NVSA publishes a monthly newsletter covering Volunteer Managers issues. NVSA is developing an extensive resource base, accessible to members.

Acticities and Rewards:
Northern Volunteering S.A will invite your organisation to participate in celebrating various events:

National Volunteer Week awards luncheons recognising Volunteers, and Organisation.
Cross region participation of volunteer opportunities.
Local, State, National and International Forums, Workshops, conventions and Conferences relating to Volunteering.
International Volunteer Managers Day.

Links to the Volunteering Australian Wide Network:
NVSA, through links with Australian volunteer, and volunteer networks. NVSA will provide up to date information on local, state, national and international events, issues and trends in volunteering.

Other Facilities:
NVSA provides access to a meeting room that includes use of multimedia facilities and whiteboard, plus a well equipped small kitchen. A small fee to cover costs may apply. Colour copying, faxing and other office functions are available.
